Adapting tech to human behavior rather than vice versa is definitely a business model. There might be something in it for Twitter, I agree, assuming a solution to a potential spam bomb

Still think Peephole is a better idea... "Standing here, peeping through the windows of my neighbor's house" would trigger a response from the Peeple™-bot... That's all I'm saying in public about that!
