Outlook Tamagochi nightmare continues

I understand why people and their helpdesk staff get frustrated to tears. 1. AutoWhat? 2. What are "items"? 3. How can a mailbox become too large? 4. They're archived, but still in my Outlook, only in another folder. This makes no sense, I want to control which folders. It's like a dumb person forcing me to use his inefficient GTD system

It makes you be able to search something within your mails in 30 minuts instead of 35 minutes.. It's just lame..
