Problem as old as mankind (sort of)

I've seen people pour out the top 10% of their coffee to avoid this. That's certainly a better coping strategy than walking real slow or drinking hot coffee quickly.

Coffee shop could pour 10% less in the cup, and thereby make 10% more money having more happy customers
